Relaxed lodging with free hot breakfast & an area shuttle, plus a Texan restaurant, a bar & a pool.
Where do I start, checked my family to this hotel and it was quite challenging needless to say, from the mold smell in our room, one tv not working and toilet constantly running. Went to the front desk to possibly get an another room and was told there were none. Ask for a manger and Aquarius came to help us and was able to get us another room. This made our stay much better! Breakfast, evening drinks were great.

The hotel is aged in an older part of Dallas but don’t judge a book by its cover. The hotel has been newly remodeled, has very friendly team members, clean and comfortable rooms, and the complimentary evening manager’s hour and full breakfast surpassed my expectations. I would call it affordable luxury. The property also has secure under ground parking with easy access to the elevators.

My husband spent our anniversary there and the stay was amazing. The front desk staff were super nice. They gifted us with free parking for our three night stay. The breakfast was delicious and fresh

The lobby was great and staff was friendly. We stayed on the top floor (9th), very cool views. The room was rundown, the carpet was tearing, the sink would not turn off all the way and had constant drip, the roof had popcorn ceiling and signs of leaking in multiple places, the toilet was wobbly, the mini fridge was broken. We woke up to multiple bites on our legs and body from I'm assuming bed bugs. We do plan on returning to Dallas in a couple weeks but will not be coming back here and would not recommend

Not up to Embassy standards. Rooms are dated and need renovations. First room I was put in no hot water and the heat didn't work. Maintenance guy said if the hot water in the room didn't work the heat wouldn't work either. Second room we were put in hot water worked for awhile. Heat still wasn't working. When I woke up early the next morning to take a shower before heading to the airport the hot water didn't work again. Very uncomfortable and upleasant stay. Breakfast was the only positive. I would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. For this to be an Embassy it felt more like a low budget motel stay.

Room was not cleaned, food and hair on the floor, sofa bed had dirty laundry folded in.... Woke up to no water wasn't notified the water would be off from 9am-3pm. The manger was nice and apologized for the inconvenience and refunded me for my one night stay, the is unusual for the Hilton Brand.... Maybe they are in the process of renovations .... ***Oh don't forget you'll have to pay to park****

Beds are not as soft as the Marriott I stayed in last week so my back hurt. Bartenders are amazing. My only service complaint was the front desk person who answered (I don't know the name) that was very abrupt when I asked if they had a hot tub. Otherwise, love this hotel and stay here when I'm too tired to drive home after travel.

Our room was clean but only towels for a dayThe bathroom tub fixture falling offAbsolutely no coffee and I had to physically go to the counter to request and when it finally came the bag contained kcups when we didn’t even have a Kuerig .Every morning at breakfast the coffee machines were OUT OF COFFEE. Never heard of a hotel that serves breakfast that does not keep up with the coffeeI have stayed at a lot of embassy suites and this one has been the worst unfortunately

This place was our go to for stars games. We'd stay here and go to a hockey game. It's always been a pleasure but this time was not. First we checked in and was not offered any water or anything other than a room key. (Diamond member here) Then we get to a room and we unpack and settle in. My son used the restroom and the toilet doesn't flush. Not clogged. Just, doesn't flush at all. I told the lady we would be out for the evening if someone can fix it while we're gone. She said ok. All they did was got it to flush somehow and the next time my wife used it it still didn't flush. So I went and asked for a different room and they didn't have the same room available. I paid for a king size bed, with a city view. We ended up getting a double bed room with a view of the trash cans and parking lot. Which was not cleaned. Mud on the automan, a Capri sun(opened) between the cushions of the couch which was wet. Broken furniture.(TV stand and pull out couch) The cover over the shower is falling down. Horrible experience. Hilton needs to do an audit here. GHETTO "embassy suites". Also there is now a huge homeless problem just outside now. All was bad. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience. I'd give zero if I could.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!!The first room we booked had no working AC. We were transferred to another room that had a broken toilet and leaking bathroom sink. Our issues were discussed with the front desk numerous times, and maintenance did not want to fix anything. Our bathroom issues were fixed on the LAST night by the BARTENDER (Kuddos to him, btw). The pool and hot tub were murky, and there would be food plates just left in the hallways. It's definitely NOT worth the price you pay per night. Some positives...The bartenders were friendly, and the happy hour drinks was a nice, fhs breakfast in the mornings was pretty good as well.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Upon our arrival and checking in to the hotel, the front desk staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and treated us inappropriately. She said we had to pay an additional deposit because of the color of our skin since it wasn't the same color as hers, it was required. The people who checked in with the other lady at the front desk were not required to pay the additional deposit and yes, they wear a different color skin tone than us. From there it did not get any better. When we arrived in our room, the door would not even latch. We even tried slamming it for it to latch again. Still did not latch. Went back down to the front desk, told the lady and she said oh well. Just put a chair in front of the door at night and you'll be fine. I told her. No, it's not going to be fine. Please have the maintenance personnel. Come and fix the door or please move us to another room. She stated i'm not going to do either of those I don't have to and you can't make me. But again, the disappointment and frustration did not stop there. We went to the bar for happy hour. And the restaurant when we got to the bar. We were asked for our tickets for happy hour. We said we don't have tickets. She said we needed to go to the front desk and get the tickets for happy hour drinks. So I went back to the front desk. The same lady was there told her that we needed the tickets for happy hours. She rolled her eyes and threw them at me again. Disrespectful and unprofessional, she said. Here you go, now, leave me alone. Upon check out, we went to the front desk and asked for a receipt to be printed out and to be sure that the additional Deposit that we were required to pay because of the color of our skin would be refunded. Same girl rolled her eyes and said well. Yeah, if you didn't do anything, it should be again disrespectful. And a completely inappropriate. The only reason that we continue to stay at this hotel was due to a family member having major surgery at the hospital close by. If it was not for that and we could have easily found another hotel room. Add another hotel close by. We would have but to be treated like this. During a already stressful time was completely uncalled for her attitude. Disrespect and lack of professionalism speaks volumes of the management and this entire. Establishment, we will never stay here again. And I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Never again. This was supposed to be my husband's birthday weekend get away. The pictures DO NOT represent the reality of the rooms. There was dated furniture in the room, the ceiling was leaking in several places, cracks in the walls & ceiling, the room did not feel clean-- other people's hair still in the sinks & floor in the bathroom. Chocking on the walls around the toilet, hole in the wall in the bathroom, bottom on the door was all chewed up & just painted over. Dead bugs as well in the hallways downstairs and in our bathroom. Some of the furniture was torn. The bath tub has like dust or leftovers from the previous people like it hadn't been cleaned. The faucets on the bath tub were nasty & rusty or something painted over them, not 100% sure there, but it also was leaking water all over the floor & we never even used the bath tub because it looked gross. The fire sprinkler in the bathroom literally had no call around it just a spot cut into the Sheetrock. The hot tub has trash in it and the pool floor looked like it needed a good scrub for sure. The only positive I can say is the free drinks you get during happy hour at the bar. The breakfast was good. The bar tenders were excellent. Other than that horrible!!!

I stayed at Embassy Suites by Dallas Market Center from August 3rd to August 5th, 2024, and had a terrible experience. We were initially placed in a room next to one being renovated, with a strong odor, and found a bottle of pills in the bed, proving it wasn’t cleaned. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but I still haven’t received my deposit refund despite numerous calls. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I keep getting the runaround. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be returningEdit for comment left: I've reached out to this hotel PLENTY of times since 08/07 and I keep being transferred to the accounting depts voicemail OR told I'll receive a call back that never happens. For anyone reading this: SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE. You'll have a cleaner room at the Motel 6. Embassy suites has gone down hill!

While the staff was very helpful and professional, and the full breakfast is awesome, the building is showing its age. Nothing major, but lots of little things - cracked tile, dated curtains, missing curtain rod, dirty exterior windows - that indicate this hotel might need an upgrade. Its location seems prime for business folks or medical folks connected to the local industries; location is not particularly good for tourists with families, toward which the building and amenities seem targeted. We enjoyed out stay; we might be back.

I am a technician who works 12-hour night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM), so daytime rest is crucial for me. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from restful. Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and informing the front desk that I was about to sleep, I was repeatedly disturbed. At 10 AM, I received a call from the front desk asking to replace the toilet in my room. I explained that I was about to sleep, but my request was ignored. Shortly after, at 11 AM, three maintenance workers knocked loudly on my door, insisting they needed to close the water valve due to an emergency. I allowed them in, but the disturbances continued throughout the day, with the general manager and maintenance staff returning multiple times to open and close the water valve. The lack of communication and disregard for my situation resulted in me being awake for 36 hours straight. The general manager was unprofessional and dismissive, making me feel as though my needs were not respected. This experience was the opposite of what I expect from a hospitality establishment. I ended up leaving the hotel the next day and checked into another nearby hotel.

I'm blown away about how terrible this place is. My best and worst hotel experience has been at Embassy Suites, best was in Amarillo, worst is this one. I'm a diamond member who travels all over for work and usually try to stay in Hiltons to earn points but I'm over the inconsistency. This location is very dated and customer service just doesn't exist here, my wife took out kids downstairs to eat at the restaurant, they sat down and looked at the menu and no one ever came to take there order, and it was dead inside, my wife the proceeds to go upstairs and order it as room service, but she gets put on hold and they never pick up again, finally she goes downstairs and gets the attention of the waitress and asks politely if she can order two cheese pizzas to go, they put it in order and it takes 30 minutes!!!!!! Also my shower handle is falling off and the faucet leaks. And lastly my wife and I have been having allergy attacks that clear up when we leave the hotel which makes me think there is mold or something but of course that's speculation. I can't wait to check out and couldn't wait to write this review bc it's that bad. Avoid this place

The location is great, but the hotel is disappointing for Embassy Suites. Especially because it's more expensive than other Embassies in the area. The hotel is clearly older. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The weird second sink that goes into the bedroom wouldn't drain unless the stopper was removed. It's also weird to have a sink over carpet. Breakfast was inconsistent each morning with overcooked eggs and undercooked potatoes, which one morning had way more spice on them than others. I'd look at other hotels before staying here again.

A solid hotel, but not a great one. The lobby is really pretty, beds were comfy, and breakfast was good. First, we arrived & realized our room wasn’t clean, so we exchanged rooms. We got to our (new) room and it was disgusting and even dirtier than the other one. We exchanged rooms again & it was clean! My complaints with this room is that water leaked out of the bedroom sink when used, remote was taped together and hard to get it to work, nightstand space is small, and the shower had a grainy floor. It just felt like a sloppy hotel. Also, as we were leaving to grab a bite to eat, we saw two wing meals across from our room that had been eaten. Those meals were still there on the floor the next day when we left. I’m not picky with hotels; this was just disappointing. I give this place a 5/10, it has potential.

I really wish I could have stayed at this location but the room I was given was dirty, outdated and honestly seemed like a hazard to have a baby in. The staff was nice and on paper this place would have had everything we needed. The room was basically falling apart between the loose handles, wobbly mirrors and sharp edges. There was a very strong mildew-ish smell that immediately hits you in the face. Once I pulled back the bedding it was the last straw. To make matters worse I was bounced from department to department (Hilton honors and hotel staff) by the end of everything I lost hours of my time on the phone, was told to cancel my reservation with this hotel and the Hilton honors representative didn’t hold up her end of booking my new reservation. This meant I wasted my time and ended up being charged even more as rates change quickly. it’s like they all aren’t the same company. This was a truly upsetting way to start a vacation after traveling all day.

We chose this hotel to be near friends and for proximity to Six Flags while still having an upgraded experience. The staff was very friendly and parking was satisfactory. However, where the points were lost was on the upkeep of the rooms. Nearly every piece of furniture showed serious signs of distress, misuse, and abuse. While each piece alone was not terrible, taken as a whole it showed an unfortunate lack of care. Walls had holes in them, shower fixtures were falling off the wall, rusty hinges in the bathrooms, stains on cushions, trash left piled up outside of our room as we checked in was still there two days later when we checked out, 2 remotes for 3 TVs, dead flowers in the hallway flower boxes, and dust and mold near the vents, among other things. Pictures attached. It feels like Embassy Suites has lost some of its luster. Breakfast was above average!

Free, customized omelet was great! I don't like that there is only one bathroom to share among 4 people. My sheets didn't look very clean.

This hotel was very okay. The room we stayed in was awful. The pull out couch was broken, and when we told the front desk, they just said “Okay.” They did nothing. The light was broken aswell. The breakfast was great, and the location is great aswell to go to a Stars game.

We stayed here while my grands were on spring break. The breakfast was delicious! There were so many different items available from cereal to fruit, muffins, pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, pretty much anything you want. Build your own omelet was so good our last day was sad I hadn't gotten it the other 3 days. The room was spacious enough for the 6 of us and maybe we just lucked out but our room was very clean with no odors ac worked fine, one of the 3 sinks had a drip that wasn't noticeable sound wise and it's their water bill not mine so no biggie . Loved snacks are available no matter what time, so we didn't have to get out when we didn't want to. Great location for us to get to the destinations we had set up for the kids without a lot of traffic issues. When there was an issue with the online booking that showed an indoor pool at our original choice when there was only an outdoor pool, a respectful call to the main customer service line stating or issue got us switched to this location promptly, seamlessly and for the same rate. You can not beat Hiltons customer service.

Whatever business you have in town, please avoid this facility. Having a corporate reservation with a provided credit card, Rhianna and her co-worker Jamella refused to accept the authorization, even though it was sent a week ago (as required) but apparently the person who received it from someone doesn't work at the hotel anymore. I tried to resolve this with other options but they refused to accept the reservation without any tact or care, simply out and look for another place. I tried my best to solve this issue with them but the attitude was not appropriate.

this Embassy Suites has lost its shine. The rooms and furnishings are dated but, overall comfortable and clean. My main gripe, esp this location, this is the first Embassy Suites I have ever stayed that only gave a punch card good for only 2 drinks during the managers evening happy hour. Also, they make you pay $20 for self parking. Both of these are a slap in the face for Embassy Suites fans. If you make the reservation online, they try to charge you $23 for prepay parking. i was told by staff new owners took over a year ago and it's gone downhill on services and decor. Ill never stay at this location again, avoid it.
